Transforming Communities
In an effort to facilitate greater ethnic and racial diversity in an organization, institution or church, Dr. Brenda Salter McNeil developed the Reconciliation Cycle© to describe and define the reconciliation process. The goal of this model is to guide the process that transforms the culture of an organization from the inside out. The Reconciliation Cycle© includes four distinct yet overlapping phases that build upon one another to bring about individual and corporate change. The four phases are Realization, Identification, Preparation and Activation.
