Nelson Mandela

Q: How could you have spent twenty-seven years of your life in prison?

I need to blame this on my mother. Years ago, my mother taught me there are only three kinds of people in the world. One kind of person goes through life and leaves nothing behind. Not even their name. Another kind of person does bad things to people. And another kind of person leaves life just a little bit better than they found it. How could I let my mother down?

Train Leaders

Leaders play a vital role in any effort to achieve intercultural integrity. In order for any organization, institution or church to become a community of racial reconciliation, change must first occur in its leader. When the head gets in line, the body must follow. Salter McNeil & Associates, LLC (SMA) seeks to resource individuals who can influence change at a macro-level. By utilizing comprehensive methodology, we provide leaders with strategic tools to empower them to make the difference they desire to realize in their institution, organization or church.
