Training Seminars & Retreats

Salter McNeil & Associates, LLC (SMA) provides ethnic diversity training seminars for colleges, churches and Christian organizations that raise awareness and build intercultural competency skills. Using 1 to 2 trained facilitators, SMA provides interactive training seminars and retreats that can be offered in two-hour sessions, as a half-day in service or in a 10-hour retreat format. This training is based on a four staged, comprehensive model developed by Dr. Brenda Salter McNeil called the Reconciliation Cycle. This model includes four distinct yet overlapping phases that build upon one another to bring about individual and corporate change. The four phases guide people through the reconciliation process. The seminars offered in each phase of the Reconciliation Cycle are as follows:
